Questions
Do I need the Quform plugin?
Yes. Quform AI is an add-on for Quform and only works with it. If you do not have Quform yet, you can add it to your order in the package table above, or get Quform here.
Is the Quform AI plugin free?
The plugin itself is free, but it does nothing without a license key and credits. A package gives you both. After checkout your key is in My Account → Licenses and the plugin download is in My Account → Downloads.
How do credits work?
Each message you send to the assistant uses credits. Power mode uses more credits per message. Your package releases a set amount of credits each month, and you can top up whenever you need more.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for 1, 3 or 6 months and nothing renews automatically.
Can I use one license on more than one website?
A license works on one website domain at a time. You can change the linked domain in My Account → Licenses, up to 3 times in 24 hours. To use Quform AI on another site at the same time, add another license key.
Are my changes saved automatically?
No. The assistant edits the form in the builder and you save it with Quform’s own Save button. Restore points let you undo the assistant’s changes before you save.
What is sent to the AI service?
Your message, a description of the form you are editing, your license key and your site address. No visitor data and no form submissions are sent.
What about support?
Support is an optional add-on with its own end date, separate from your credits. You can extend support at any time, and the installation guide covers setup, usage and troubleshooting.
